This place is incredibly friendly and has an excellent location close to downtown, with nice services and a must-try dinner in the attached restaurant.

The location is perfect and nice, close enough to the shops and bars and the most downtown, you cannot beat it. Furthermore, Port of Kos is not very far from the hotel...

Easy base for 7 nights with amazingly nice and amicable staff in 15 minutes half a hour later manager arrived. Comfy bed in the apartment, plus iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Good and absolutely perfect location next to the shopping streets of old town as well as town centre & attractions and ferry port in a beautiful area. Poolside bar in the hotel.

The rooms are well-equipped and nicely furnished, offering views of the swimming pool. the location is perfect and magnificent, as it is close to the three islands and excellent facilities are provided. Situated near Dolphin Square, the beach, the old town, and the ocean, the apartment is in a prime location.

Very good room protection against street noise. Hotel is in good location: not in busy and loud town center but on the other hand not too far from it to walk, close to the beach , supermarket (if needed) is on the other side of street. In room is kitchen equipment so you can choose between having food in tavernas or make your own in the room. Cleanliness perfect. Hotel staff/owners are very helpful in anything you need.

The views from our top floor appartment were superb.

As elite is on the main road it was very noisy.

Brilliant accommodation in a magnificent setting, very close to ancient ruins, Kos downtown, and the island of Kos. Nicely furnished and spotless room with gates, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. - Brilliant meal at the attached restaurant.

The hotel is in a very good position, close to the city centre of Kos, 10 minutes walk, and to the beach and at the same time very quite because outside of the centre of the night "movida" of Kos. The staff of the structure is very very nice! The room is cleaned every day (even if the accuracy could be improved a little bit).

Nice clean room, not far from the beach and center, supermarket is just on the other side of road.

Pool was too small and A/C didn't work. It took 4 days to repair it.

Poppy & Makis and staff were very friendly and wonderfully helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our family vacation (kids 5 & 7)was joyful. Location was awesome, with only a 3 minute walk to Lambi beach and 10 minutes to Kos Harbor made the location perfect. They even had some sun screen to give us...which at 13-20 euros for a 300ml bottle on the island was very welcome!!

Wihle you had to pay extra for access to the room safe & fan, the price was reasonable and I new that before arriving...so I can't complain about that (exspecially as a RyanAir traveler!)

Elite Apartments was a great place to stay during our vacation at Kos. The apartments we rented were clean, nice beds, all facilities you can wish for and great staff which were very helpfull!

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind, always trying their best to make you comfortable, including the very nice young cleaning lady. The room was big and very well equiped(you can cook a whole meal if you want) and kept clean almost daily(except Sundays), quiet location, pool.

There's no elevator so we had to carry two heavy suitcases two floors up by hand. Also, plumbing needs a serious makeover, since with every shower we took the bathroom floor was flooding!
